Project Synopsis

The client require a robust, scalable, and intuitive Event Management System that can support a wide range of events—conferences, exhibitions, seminars, corporate meetups, and hybrid gatherings. The platform must work seamlessly across web and mobile devices, enabling real-time communication, attendee engagement, digital ticketing, and streamlined event operations.

Our goal is to empower event organizers, attendees, vendors, and administrators through distinct, role-based interfaces that are easy to manage and adapt to various event formats. The system should facilitate real-time updates, secure ticketing, live interaction tools, and post-event analytics. The web portal will be built using Next.js + Tailwind CSS for performance and responsiveness, the mobile app in React Native, and the backend using Django (Python) with MongoDB for flexibility. Real-time features will be handled via Firebase, and media will be hosted securely with AWS S3.
