Project Synopsis

Customer was required a comprehensive Supply Chain Management System that allows our organization to efficiently manage, monitor, and optimize every aspect of our supply chain operations—from inventory tracking and order management to delivery fulfillment and supplier coordination.

The system must include a web-based dashboard (built using React.js) for our managers and administrators to view live stock levels, track orders, and generate reports. Alongside this, we require a mobile application (developed in Flutter) for our field agents to scan items, confirm deliveries, and work offline in areas with low connectivity. Both platforms should be seamlessly connected to a centralized backend powered by Node.js with NestJS and PostgreSQL for reliable, scalable, and secure data handling.

Real-Time Inventory Tracking: View and update live stock levels across multiple locations with immediate sync across web and mobile.

Order Lifecycle Management: Manage orders from placement to delivery with status tracking, delays, and fulfillment updates.
