Project Synopsis

A hybrid telemedicine solution featuring a web portal (Next.js + Laravel) for practitioners and a cross-platform mobile app (Flutter) for patients. Designed to provide seamless remote consultations, appointment scheduling, prescription management, and secure patient records management.

UI/UX was prototyped in Figma to deliver intuitive, responsive experiences on Android, iOS, and web. The backend, powered by Laravel and MySQL, ensures robust data handling, encryption, and compliance.

Video Consultation (Web & App): Integrated video calls via Twilio/WebRTC ensure smooth, HIPAA-compliant virtual consultations across mobile and desktop.

E-Prescription Generator: Doctors can create, share, and archive digital prescriptions, which patients can view and download instantly.

Medical Document Upload & Storage: Patients and doctors can upload lab reports, past prescriptions, or test results, stored securely with cloud encryption.

Notifications & Reminders: Automated push and SMS alerts notify users of upcoming appointments, prescription renewals, and doctor messages.

Analytics & Reports for Admins: The backend dashboard includes visit reports, doctor activity logs, and performance metrics to support operational decisions.
